Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BEP, the event-travel platform at bep.tours (the “Service”), operated by BEP Tech, LLC (“BEP”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BEP does
BEP is an online travel agency. We help you attend events abroad by bundling an event ticket together with a hotel near the venue, airport transfers and flights into a single package, which you book and pay for in one checkout. Event tickets are sold by third parties (e.g. Ticketmaster) and may be provided to you as affiliate links; the travel components (hotels, transfers, flights) are resold by us through our suppliers.
2. Bookings, prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and are recomputed at the moment of purchase from your selection. A booking is confirmed only after payment is successfully captured. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe); BEP does not store your full card details. Any bundle discount shown is applied to the total at checkout.
3. Suppliers’ terms apply
Flights, hotels, transfers and tickets are operated by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transfer companies, ticketing platforms). Their own fare rules, room conditions, check-in requirements and terms apply to your booking in addition to these Terms. Where those terms conflict with ours for a specific component, the supplier’s terms govern that component.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate traveler information (including names and, where required for flights, passport/identity details that match your travel documents), and for holding valid passports, visas and any entry requirements for your destination. BEP is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information you provide or missing travel documents.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights depend on the rules of each booked component and are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Our role and liability
BEP acts as an intermediary that arranges and resells travel services; we are not the operating carrier, hotelier or transfer operator and do not control their performance. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEP is not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or quality of third-party suppliers, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid BEP for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, its content, design and software are owned by BEP or its licensors and may not be copied or used except as needed to use the Service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
